Microsoft Removed Advanced Tab For Plantronic Headsets in Windows 10 - Can't Change Output Quality

I spoke with Plantronics and they have an open ticket with Microsoft, but no ETA as to when Microsoft will fix it.


We have a critical contact center application that requires the setting to be 16 bit 48000 Hz DVD Quality for it to work.


Drivers lost the tab around May 1, 2018.

Is anyone aware of a workaround? I searched the registry to no avail.
