Windows 10 background slideshow

I want to change my background slide show, in past have been able to customize multiple specific pictures from one folder. Today I was not given the option to choose a specific picture, only a folder from my picture album. Also in the past I used a work around to set the slide show to every 10 seconds and shuffle the pics. Today I was only able to chose the entire folder and pictures change every minute. How do I customize the slideshow and speed with the latest Windows 10 program?
