Transfer MS Product Code to Another User...

Setting up Company Laptop. Setup MS Office 2016 using my MS Sign in. Need to change to Laptop Owner sign in. When inputting Product Code online under laptop owner account, says MS Office 2016 activated under another account (me). How do I disassociate the Product Code from my sign in and assign it to another user?
