Windows Live Mail

I have recently upgraded my computer which has Windows 10 pre-installed I had been using Windows Live Mail for several years and have quite a bit of date held in several folders. I have managed to get my Contact List over to the new MAIL but cant work out how to get all my folders into the new program. Is there a solution to this or have or am I dreaming?
