D drive is sudenly full after latest update on windows 10

After my most recent update, that happened automatically, my computer is running very slow and I keep receiving pop ups stating that my Local D drive is almost full and prompts me to clean it. I look and don't see anything in any of the folders that I would need to delete. please help, don't know what to do. I'm running a ASUS laptop w/ windows 10.
