Choose privacy settings problem

When I signed into my computer,a screen called "Choose privacy settings" popped before I was at the home screen and so I chose my options but after I accepted it a couple minutes later it would say "something went wrong" and so I would accept over and over but it showed the message. I've tried resetting my computer and searching for updates or problems but I can't reset my computer, find updates or even find any problems on the troubleshooter.
