Cant update windows 10 and can't factory reset windows 10 either

I've tried to update windows but I can't. Tried factory resetting but is stuck at 33%. Tried all the troubleshooters and several command prompt lines but none of them worked.


Things to note:

-I've recently added and cloned a new m.2 ssd

-It appears that my windows operating system is missing a file or has a corrupt file and cant update



Any ideas?
