Windows logo doesn't show up on boot

This is more of a question than me needing help for a fix or something, but when i turn on my computer it first shows up with the asus symbol(my mobo manufacturer) and then shows a loading symbol under the same logo, at no point does it ever show a windows logo and then it goes straight into windows. Is this normal or is something wrong, i built the pc myself if that helps.
