What are the steps for migrating Windows Server 2008 Standard with redirected folder to Windows Server 016 Standard?

I am trying to figure out the steps to take for moving Windows Server 2008 Standard with redirected user folders on Dell server to Dell server with Windows Server 2016

I am not using VM to avoid the complication.

The Windows Server 2008 has AD, file sharing, printer deployment, DNS, DHCP.
