I have a quick simple question. Passwords are set up to expire after 30 days. We have around 20 mobile people without access to the DC all the time (DC is reachable only via VPN connection)
Let's say that it's day 29 and that person shut down the PC. Next morning he wants to log in but Windows wants him to change password - but he has no access to the DC. Will he be able to to that? If not - what to do to make it possible without changing the 30 days password aging time. I want them to change passwords every 30 days and I want them to be able to to that even without connection to the DC. Is that possible?
