Event ID 4231 after windows defender update - KB2267602

Hi,

We are using windows 2016 with windows defender protection - ON. After an update KB2267602, event ID 4231 occurs

resulting RCP to be unavailable. Please help to that this issue has something to do with the windows defender update?
