Have an audio bluetooth device but cannot connect to my windows 10 computer/desktop- there is no bluetooth box in action box and have gone on service.msc do find user support and click to get it running, the message I get - must key in parameters? so user acct does not continue running, also when go on device manager there is no bluetooth listed, strange,got one from portable device to get listed-MTP device, so wondering when upgraded from win8 to win10- did I lose bluetooth?? Also in settings- devices-has Bluetooth and other devices but nothing gets installed, says not connected. Would appreciate any info. or help. Thanks.
