Sound Popping, DPC Latency - Windows 10

So I've had this issue for quite a while, and recently got sick of it and wanted to get to the bottom of it.
Occassionally when listening to music or watching videos on youtube/twitch the sound will pop or crackle for a split-second. It comes at random intervals, sometimes hours inbetween.
I suspect it might be hardware related, but no clue what.

Steps taken:
- Fresh install of Nvidia drivers, updated multiple times.
(The problem has been here through at least 5 different Nvidia drivers)
- Completely fresh install of Windows, formatted drives
- Disabled FastBoot
- Disabled C-state
- Disabled Overclocking
- Changed minimal and maximal CPU power settings
- Disabled improvements in Sound Properties
- Changed Audio Format
- Uninstalled Nvidia HD audio drivers
- Disabled Hardware Acceleration on Google Chrome
- Checked everything for updates
- Probably other things I can't remember
