Extra keyboard layouts

I only have the English Canada keyboard activated on my computer but for some reasons, other keyboard join the list and the azerty is the most annoying one.... I can't remove them unless I go in the registry and manually change the values in "Computer\HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload".


It also changes my Date, time and number formatting (I want to use the 24 hours system but it keeps reverting)
