Internet connection issue every morning

Every morning I start my PC up when I go to the internet it says I have no connectivity. To solve this I have to crawl behind my desk and the tower and unplug the Ethernet cable and re-connect it. Once I do this I am able to connect to the internet. Does anyone know why this is happening??
