After an update with ChiroTouch software on May 18, we are no longer able to use the ScanSnap scanner on this computer. I have had ChiroTouch IT techs look at it, reinstalled the Scansnap scanner, reinstalled the updates for ChiroTouch, and have had other IT professionals look at it, but to no avail.
I have looked at some of the other problems on here, but not sure if their solutions would help our situation.
Please help!
