I have been trying for weeks to get this update (KB4103727) to install and I keep receiving an error - Error 0x800736b3. I finally found a solution on this community to manually downlaoad and install the file. I got it from this site - Microsoft Update Catalog. The install appeared to have worked. Then when I went to Windows update to get newer updates (as I assumed this failed updated was preventing new ones from coming through) and it's still trying, and failing, to install this 1709 update. How do I get Update to recognize this file that I manually installed and move onto to the next update?
By the way, I'm also getting this error with Windows Update - 2018-05 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4103729) - Error 0x800736b3. I tried to manually install this file and this file kept failing even on the manual install.
