Every time I try and update my computer or my computer decides to update itself to 2018-05 cumulative update for windows 10 version 1803 for x64-based systems (KB4100403) when I restart my laptop it brings me to a black screen and the rotating blue circular mouse cursor before the login screen, I can move the cursor but that's it. The only way I can get to the login screen is running it in safe mode with network, which brings up the message windows failed to update undoing changes then logging in and restarting again. I've tried running the windows update error fix or whatever that was on the help section from the customer support site. Can someone please help me?
