I just updated my Windows 10 but need to go back to the previous version. I used restore function in Windows, after it started the process, the computer got stuck between the logo screen and the "restoring your windows to previous version of Windows"- the all black background one. I left the computer on fore several hours and nothing change.
It is a ASUS laptop and there is no error message shown. Between the laptop logo and "attempting to recover installation" there is a white window frame flash but nothing is shown except for a black window.
I have divided my hard drive to C, D, E, F drives and all my important information are on D-F drive and all my system drive is C.
I had restore experience but never seen this happen. Help ASAP, need to do my homework.
