I cannot remember my password and I cant reset PC

When I press shift and restart in order to bring up the Advanced Options menu, there is no "Reset this PC" option. There is only Configure UEIF settings and another option that restarts my PC in safe mode. I cant remember my password for my main account which has admin access as well.
