after update problems

Hi, I just updated my windows and now i have a serious problem. every program that i open will close after about one minute and its source .exe will be deleted selfly. I also scaned my whole devices and folders with couple of security programs includes windows defender, but there is no viruses or trojans or badwares or etc. what should i do ?
