How do I contact Microsoft Corporation by either mail or a telephone call with a complaint? I have tried telephone number 425-882-8080 for over 3 hours to no avail. A recent Windows 10 upgrade had completely shutdown my home computer. I did make several calls to your technical people (case number 1427152944) and I was told the problem was with hardware on my computer. I believed them since 2 different technicians came to the same conclusion. I spent $1800 and purchased a new computer. As it turns out, there was no issue with my computer. I found a way to get my computer running again by getting into the BIOS and re-installing Windows. All my software and files were lost and I am now looking at hundreds of hours re-building everything lost.
May I request a meaningful reply? If I need to send a very specific and detailed letter to your corporate office instead please advise me.
