Windows Admin Center won't add S2D Cluster

Hi, I just downloaded the GA release of Windows Admin Center and am trying to add our Windows 2016 S2D VM Cluster to it and when I do, I can an error that says "Can't verify whether “elm-vmc1” is online". I have all the correct ports open and even added the "SDDC Management" Role added via the documentation provided. Any thoughts on why it thinks the cluster is offline?
