Pressing CTRL+WINDOWS LOGO+S shows "-ON" and "-OFF" options when you access Folder Options or System Properties Performance window

I've enclosed a couple of images here:



If you press CTRL+WINDOWS LOGO+S to enable Speech Recognition, you will see "-ON" and "-OFF" above whenever you access Folder Options or System Properties Performance window. If you press CTRL+WINDOWS LOGO+S again to disable Speech Recognition, none of the "-ON" and -"OFF" words will be shown.
