MPOW-59 Headphones stop working properly with A Hat in Time after Windows Update

After my PC updated (the one where it messes with everything and restarts multiple times), my bluetooth headphones stopped working. I unplugged the bluetooth adapter and plugged it back in and it worked, but A Hat in Time's audio was very low quality, and I have the quality settings very high. All of my other audio devices (but speakers, the Windows Update ruined my speakers) sound fine. Maybe this is a problem with A Hat in Time, maybe it's Windows. The thing with the speakers, they don't work with anything but notifications and audio tests. This all happened after a Windows Update. EDIT: oh great, now nothing but those headphones work. Thanks, Windows Update, you ruined my computer. EDIT AGAIN: and those headphones stopped working. Should I switch to a working OS?
