I needed to totally reinstall windows 10 on my PC. There were several windows updates that failed repeatedly to install and all the tools for DISM.exe and guides failed to resolve the issue. So I reinstalled from scratch using MCT.
I bought the PC about 3 months ago and windows came installed and activated. I reinstalled and windows will not activate.
I have asked for a product key and the reseller told me that one should not be needed given the bulk agreement with Microsoft. Nonetheless, windows is not activated on my PC. How can I fix this without buying a key when one was working on the PC before?
