windows 10 activation problems

I had just installed my win 10 and everything was perfect then I tried to use my win 10 key to upgrade from win 10 and it went through and downloaded then it said it was not valid and now my windows wont work and that have to activate it and I have tried everything and it wont work and I cant revert to the basic win 10. how do I fix this?
