So, i have a SF-666 Condenser Microphone, and when i plug it into the mic jack on the front, or the pink jack on the back, there's never any response from the computer or any signs of it detecting that anything was plugged in. I have tried everything i knew from trying to update the drivers for any audio device (always said i had the right driver, or something), and even tried troubleshooting it. Always said nothing was wrong. I had Windows 7 before Windows 10, and had Windows 7 for a long time, and the mic worked immediately without any problems or anything, and I've just about run out of options. Can anybody help me with this, because NOTHING seems to work.

For whatever it's worth, i am on a Dell XPS 420, but i don't know if that makes a difference, but just in case.
Update, when i said i tried everything, please don't give me any "Run troubleshoot" or anything like that, or tell me to do anything with the mic. My problem is that IT WILL NOT SHOW UP
