Toshiba laptop did forced update last Saturday 26/5/18 and still have had a black screen with only one icon the recycle bin and nothing else, disappearing desktop. When power up laptop I can see wallpaper image and user name, so I type in password to log on then blue black screens say these messages

Was working fine before update and now rendered useless, if I turn on and off same thing happens
How do I finish the update if can't access anything and save my files photos music???
