Windows Server Pro 2012 R2, Online - Cannot get role and feature data

Hi Friends,

I have problem with my Windows Server 2012 R2. In server manager I have issue: Online - Cannot get role and feature data. Because of that some services get stopped, like windows backup. I need to restart the server and after restart it works fine for 3 days, after 3 days I need to restart the server again.

I looked many forums but didn't find proper answer. Does anybody solved this issue without reinstalling Server with features and roles?
