IIS FTP Retrieve virtual directory very slow

Hello

I configure IIS FTP in windows 2012 server

We import all the 190 local users from windows 2003 server.

In the FTP site, I have one virtual directory for each user.

The problem is, when I connect, the login is ok, but FTP spend a lot of time to retrieve the directory list. With a lot of time I mean between 20 and 30 sec.... It's not good to move to PROD with this performances.

What must I check?

Some one already have face this issue?
