The update from 1607 to 1803 hangs after the first reboot. Progress never gets above 0%. I do a forced reboot, and my current Win 10 is restored. I then check to see the error code and I get 0xc1900101.
I see that this error shows up with many different updates. One installed program said to cause this, I do not have. Is it true that Windows Update can no longer write to my C: (flash) disk? I had to store part of the update on a USB flash stick. The computer is an ACER Aspire 1, A114-31-C4HH. This is repeatable and also has happened on an HP Stream 13 with the same, too small for the Win 10 update, (32 GB) C: flash disk.
