Open file location opens CMD instead of explorer

Hi, recently I was editing the registry (Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory) in order to get rid of the annoying context menu item from Visual Studio. It seems that I messed something up and now whenever I click on "Open file location" in the context menu, cmd opens instead of Windows Explorer. I didn't make a backup so now I'm stuck in this situation. What are my options?
