Windows 10 -- Audio/Edge stopped working after attempted System Restore

Yesterday I attempted to do a system restore on my Dell PC. Eventually after a few hours the restore froze and I eventually decided to shut the pc off. After restarting the pc it came up with a message saying restore was unsuccessful and nothing changed or something like that. I then tried to use Edge and it came up with this error "There was a temporary dns error. Try refreshing the page. -- Error code : INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND. I have never seen this error before.

Additionally, after the attempted restore the audio stopped working. When I hover my mouse over the audio icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen a small box appears stating, "The audio service is not running." After that I went into the list of services and tried to manually start the Windows Audio - - > After a few seconds it came up with a message stating "Windows could not start the Windows audio service on Local Computer" Error - - - >

Ive tried googling/troubleshooting myself and even looking on these forums, but can't seem to find a solution.

Would anyone happen to have an idea of what is wrong with my computer right now?
