Syncing Themes

I have Windows 10 and have downloaded a lot of desktop themes. About 2 months ago they were all synced together so it was a constant change in what picture I would have on the desktop. Now, I can only access one theme of 11 pictures and want to see all the others.


I need specific directions on how to make all of these themes play together.
