I have a solution to this age old issue. If you've downloaded Chrome or any other Google Apps you've made your PC vulnerable to the attacks that will ensue. Some Manufactures Made in China or Korea, embed programs on PC hard drives that lay dormant until you download a packet installer with execution authority, Chrome, Google APPs are incompatible with Windows 10. Their like the Trojan Horses in a Windows 10 operating system. I suggest you clear your data from those Apps and uninstall them, don't forget to restart your PC like I did, because they play a game with your login password. Whatever you do, don't reset your password. Go into your BIOs (F2) and set administrative and hard-drive passwords. There's more, but this will get you up and running again.
