Visability of PC on home network stopped after May 2018 WIN 10 big update

I no longer see any devices in my home network other than the device I happen to be on. I have each PC set for network discovery. I previously could see each PC on each PC and share files back and forth. My router sees all the devices however. And between two PCs they each can see each other's media.


I this Win10's firewall blocking the IPs?
