Many times, when playing videos using either Windows Media Player or the 'Movies & TV' app, the video freezes, but the audio plays on, and then the video skips to catch on. Sometimes, the video becomes extremely pixilated or its colors change, as though I had a bad TV signal.
I tried updating the video drivers, but they were up to date. Disabling the battery did not help either. It seems as though many people have this problem.
Anybody got ideas on how to fix this?
