Issue with activation of win 10 after clean install

Hi ,

My Laptop had windows 8 installed and activated it was later upgraded to windows 10. My system got corrupted. I did a clean re install of Windows 10 Home now it is not getting re activated. See Error 0x803F7001 with no troubleshoot button.
