Windows 10 Automatic updates

The latest update installed and now my printers won't work. The message says USB2 printers and won't work on this USB3 computer. They worked before the update and I tried uninstalling the update and they printers work again. Then the auto update installs and we are back to the same thing. Is there anyway to turn off the auto update?
