My computer is not able to update anymore and gives me the error code 0x800706be

I have been trying all kinds of ways to get my computer to update but nothing works. I tried the trouble shooter and I also tried going in the command prompt, but nothing seems to be working. I removed my third party anti-virus software since that also seems to be a problem.
