How to remove or uninstall a file from my hard drive

I click on the wrong website and cancelled it before the scanning was completed but I'm still showing it on my App's page. I have tried several times to uninstall this program but it's still there. I have restarted my computer and shut it down, nothing seen to work. Can someone tell me what to do?
