Can't reactive windows 10 after hardware change

I have my key tied to my MS account, I done to free upgrade from a full genuine version of windows 7. I have tried to use the troubleshooter to reactivate about 100 times. I changed my motherboard professor and ram. Its impossible it get any help. I'm about ready to reinstall Windows7. Microsoft id has the worst customer services going. I have had better experiences with Ubisoft, EA, BT and Vodafone.
