Did not receive activation code

I (tried to) activate my windows 10 copy, in the activation menu I used the button add a account, this initial seemed working well but I did not receive a mail with the activation code.

Now I do not get errors on the activation menu, and the "add an account" button is gone.

Where to look for this code ??
