Can't remove English (United Kingdom) from my preferences

The button that says 'Remove' is disabled for English (United Kingdom)



Moreover, I have never installed this myself, and never agreed Windows to put random languages in my preferences. I used to have 2 languages, this morning I have 4:



My first question is how to remove unneeded languages and only have ENG US and БГР BGPT and second how to prevent this to happen again?
