Edge becomes resident after system start-up!

Afterupgrading to 1803, Edge becomes resident after system starup as follows;





I found this problem when I use CCleaner for junk files cleanup.

I remember that this is introduced on 1803 Spring updates! I found this in the Windows10 Insider preview before 1803 release.


These Edge processes disappear just after opening Edge and closing it.

I can not understand why Edge become resident after startup.
