Description of the Problem:
--------------------------
- After updating to Windows 1803, MS Word (2013) and Powerpoint (2013) do not want to "save as" - a BSOD pops up with the error "Reference by Pointer".
- Strangely, the error does not occur when "saving as" in Excel. And the BSOD appears nowhere else.
What has been done:
------------------
- Registry cleaned of all MS Office Components
- Office 2013 uninstalled and reinstalled.
- Office 2013 repaired.
- Office 2013 updated.
- Drivers updated: Geforce Video Driver; Ethernet Card; Realtek Sound Card; PCI Standard Host CPU Bridge. All other drivers up to date.
- Another User Account Created and Tested.
- Windows 10 1803 Install DVD Created by Windows Media Creation Tool. Windows 10 (build 1803) reinstalled.
None of these resolved the problem.
