Windows 10 doesn't start after creating own service(with sc.exe) with error type "critical"

I created a new service using sc.exe with argument "error" set to "critical", then I restarted my PC. I suppose there had been an error with the file, the service is based on, and after restart windows didn't start. It is just black screen.

I have linux installed as the secondary OS, and access to all files.

There isn't any error messages, BSoD, or anything. Just not starting. If to start directly from BIOS, it returns back to BIOS in 2-3 seconds.

I have reseted register files I found at 'C:/Windows/System32/config/' to those I found at 'C:/System Volume Information/SystemRestore' but nothing changed.

So now I have linux and broken windows 10 (Without safe mode!).

Sorry for mistakes.

Thanks.
