AppxStaging / Windows Apps prevents me from using system recovery points

I got this error after I tried to recover my PC through the system recovery points.


System Restore could not restore the folder from the restore point
Source: AppxStaging
Target: %ProgramFiles%\WindowsApps
An unspecified error occurred during system recovery. (0x80070005)


This prevents me from using the system recovery points. How do I fix this?
