I own a aging Laptop which came with Windows 10 pre installed. I am thinking of selling the said laptop. I have selected a New Laptop with again Pre-installed Windows 10. For Obvious reasons I would be Selling the Laptop after Windows Reset. Now the buyer is asking if the Windows 10 will work for him too if he uses his own Microsoft Outlook ID during initial startup?
